   c. Please note that exchanges are only applicable for items bought at a regular price. If an item purchased at a regular price is currently on sale, it will be exchanged at the regular price. Items purchased at a sale price are not eligible for exchange or return.
   d. The exchange procedure will take a total of 14 business days.

3. Time Limit for Exchange:
   a. To initiate an exchange, you must submit your request within 3 days of the delivery date.
   b. If an exchange request is made after the 14-day time period mentioned above, we will be unable to process your request.

4. Disputes and Defective Items:
   a. If you want to raise a dispute regarding a product, you will be required to email us photographic evidence of the defective item at hello@hustlenholla.ae within 3 days of delivery.
   b. Claims related to defective items will be processed promptly, and a replacement will be sent immediately or a refund will be provided to the customer.

5. Non-Qualifying Items:
   a. Items that have been tampered with or damaged due to use do not qualify for our Return and Exchange Policy.
   b. If any components are missing from the package sent to us, such as price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories, the item will not qualify for our Return and Exchange Policy.

   a. We provide a money-back guarantee if the products returned meet our Return & Exchange Policy parameters.
